Anti-5'-3' exoribonuclease 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene XRN2 in humans. The gene may also be known as DHP protein, and Dhm1-like protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 108.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
