Anti-SNX30 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein sorting nexin family member 30. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 437 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the Sorting nexin protein family, SNX30 is reported to be involved in regulation of endocytosis and in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Synonyms for this target antigen include sorting nexin-30. SNX30 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some SNX30 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
