Anti-Sirtuin 4 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SIRT4 in humans. The gene may also be known as SIR2L4, NAD-dependent protein lipoamidase sirtuin-4, mitochondrial, and NAD-dependent ADP-ribosyltransferase sirtuin-4. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 35.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
