Anti-Platelet activating factor receptor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PTAFR in humans. The platelet activating factor receptor protein has a reported amino acid length of 342 and an expected mass of 39.2 kDa. The protein may also be known as PAF receptor and PAFR. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
