Anti-Nck antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Nck antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NCK1 gene, which encodes NCK adaptor protein 1. This protein is known to function in neuronal development, among other biological roles. The human version of Nck has a canonical amino acid length of 377 residues and a protein mass of 42.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the Nck antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
