Anti-PHF14 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PHD finger protein 14. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 948 amino acid residues and a mass of 107 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. PHF14 is known to be involved with germinal center B cell differentiation and lung development. PHF14 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of PHF14 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
