Anti-PDDC1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PDDC1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GATD1 gene, which encodes glutamine amidotransferase class 1 domain containing 1. The human version of PDDC1 has a canonical amino acid length of 220 residues and a protein mass of 23.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein. PDDC1 is a member of the Peptidase C56 protein family. Indicated applications for PDDC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
