Anti-PuMet antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PuMet is a known alias name of the protein tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1, encoded by the TRDMT1 gene in humans. This 391-amino acid residue protein is a member of the C5-methyltransferase protein family. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for PuMet include DMNT2, DNMT2, and MHSAIIP. Indicated applications for PuMet antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
