Anti-Forkhead Box R2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the FOXR2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in breast cancer cell lines and primary cancer. Other names for this target antigen include forkhead box protein R2 and forkhead box protein N6.
