Anti-FOXI2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein forkhead box I2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 318 amino acid residues and a mass of 33 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. FOXI2 is known to be involved with the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include forkhead box protein I2 and homolog of mouse Foxi2. FOXI2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some FOXI2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
