Anti-Drd1a antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Drd1a is a known alias name of the protein dopamine receptor D1, encoded by the DRD1 gene in humans. This 446-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER and cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in caudate, nucleus accumbens and in the olfactory tubercle. Other synonyms for Drd1a include DADR and D(1A) dopamine receptor. Western Blot is a widely used application for the Drd1a antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
