Anti-CASC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CASC1 is a known alias name of the protein dynein axonemal intermediate chain 7, encoded by the DNAI7 gene in humans. This 716-amino acid residue protein is a member of the DNAI7 protein family. It is localized to the cell projections and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, lung, fallopian tube, and bronchus. The term CFAP94 is another synonym for CASC1. Indicated applications for CASC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
