Anti-Insulin like growth factor binding protein 7 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene IGFBP7 in humans. The gene may also be known as AGM, FSTL2, IBP-7, IGFBP-7, IGF-binding protein 7, and IGFBP-rP1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 29.1 kilodaltons in mass. The IGFBP7 marker can be used to identify Retinal Blood Vessel Endothelial Cells.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
