Anti-DAGK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DAGK is a known alias name of the protein diacylglycerol kinase alpha, encoded by the DGKA gene in humans. This 735-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a diacylglycerol kinase that converts diacylglycerol/DAG into phosphatidic acid/phosphatidate/PA and regulates the respective levels of these two bioactive lipids. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in lymphocytes. Indicated applications for DAGK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
