Anti-CCDC17 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 17. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 622 amino acid residues and a mass of 67.7 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the fallopian tube, epididymis, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 17. CCDC17 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the CCDC17 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
