Anti-DPRX antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein divergent-paired related homeobox. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 191 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Paired homeobox protein family, DPRX is reported to be a transcription factor that acts as repressor. DPRX gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the DPRX antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
