Anti-Phosphodiesterase 6D antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PDE6D in humans. The gene may also be known as JBTS22, PDED, retinal rod rhodopsin-sensitive cGMP 3',5'-cyclic phosphodiesterase subunit delta, and GMP-PDE delta. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 17.4 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
