Anti-MAGEB10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein MAGE family member B10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 347 amino acid residues and a mass of 39 kDa. MAGEB10 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include MAGE family testis and tumor-specific protein, MAGE-B10 antigen, melanoma antigen family B, 10, melanoma antigen family B10, and melanoma-associated antigen B10. MAGEB10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is the most common application for the MAGEB10 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
