Anti-PHF20L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PHD finger protein 20 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1017 amino acid residues and a mass of 115 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. PHF20L1 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include TDRD20B, URLC1, PHD finger protein 20-like protein 1, tudor domain containing 20B, tudor domain-containing protein PHF20L1, and CGI-72. PHF20L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of PHF20L1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
