Anti-CSRNP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cysteine and serine rich nuclear protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 585 amino acid residues and a mass of 64.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the AXUD1 protein family, CSRNP3 is known to bind to the consensus sequence 5'-AGAGTG-3' and has transcriptional activator activity. Synonyms for this target antigen include TGF-beta induced apoptosis protein 2, family with sequence similarity 130, member A2, protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 73, and cysteine/serine-rich nuclear protein 3. CSRNP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CSRNP3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
