Anti-Palladin, cytoskeletal associated protein antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PALLD in humans. The gene may also be known as CGI-151, CGI151, MYN, PNCA1, myoneurin, and sarcoma antigen NY-SAR-77. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 150.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
