Anti-LIX1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein limb and CNS expressed 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 282 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.9 kDa. It is a member of the LIX1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include Lix1 homolog, Lowfat homolog, limb expression 1, and protein limb expression 1 homolog. LIX1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LIX1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
