Anti-Peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PIN1 in humans. The gene may also be known as DOD, UBL5, peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 1, and PPIase Pin1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 18.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
