There are over 160 anti-STAB2 antibodies from over 20 different suppliers shown below. Choose from either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for a variety of applications, such as Western blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IHC and Immunofluorescence.
In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, stabilin 2 (STAB2). Orthologs for STAB2 have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken.
The canonical STAB2 protein is 2551 amino acids in length, 277 kDa in mass, and has a cytoplasmic and membrane subcellular localization. STAB2 functions in hyaluronic acid binding and calcium ion binding, as well as having a role in metabolism and vesicle-mediated transport. In terms of tissue expression, it is highly expressed in sinusoidal endothelial cells of liver, spleen and lymph nodes. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably glycosylation.
Synonyms for this protein include: FEEL2; FELE-2; FELL2; FEX2; HARE; SCARH1; stabilin-2; CD44-like precursor FELL; FAS1 EGF-like and X-link domain containing adhesion molecule-2.
