Anti-CCDC159 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 159. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 297 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.7 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 159. CCDC159 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These CCDC159 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
