Anti-TTC25 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TTC25 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ODAD4 gene, which encodes outer dynein arm docking complex subunit 4. This protein is known to function in brain development and cardiac tissue development, among other biological roles. The human version of TTC25 has a canonical amino acid length of 672 residues and a protein mass of 76.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, endometrium, and bronchus. Indicated applications for TTC25 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
