Anti-LHFPL3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LHFPL tetraspan subfamily member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 236 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the LHFP protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include LHFP-like protein 3, lipoma HMGIC fusion partner-like 3 protein, lipoma HMGIC fusion partner-like 4, and LHFPL tetraspan subfamily member 3 protein. LHFPL3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LHFPL3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
