Anti-CD29 antibodies are tools used for immunodetection of target protein CD29, encoded by the gene ITGB1, or 'integrin subunit beta 1' in humans. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported. The CD29 antigen is a documented cancer and mesenchymal stem cell marker.
