Anti-NATI antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NATI is a known alias name of the protein N-acetyltransferase 1, encoded by the NAT1 gene in humans. This 290-amino acid residue protein is known to participate in the detoxification of a plethora of hydrazine and arylamine drugs. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, urinary bladder, and adrenal gland. Other synonyms for NATI include AAC1 and MNAT. Western Blot is the most common application for the NATI antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
