Anti-NMP22 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NMP22 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NUMA1 gene, which encodes nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 1. This protein is known to function in cell division and keratinocyte differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of NMP22 has a canonical amino acid length of 2115 residues and a protein mass of 238.3 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as NUMA. Indicated applications for NMP22 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
