Anti-RASGRP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAS guanyl releasing protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 690 amino acid residues and a mass of 78.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the RASGRP protein family, RASGRP3 is known to be involved with MAPK cascade signaling pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include CalDAG-GEFIII, RAS guanyl releasing protein 3 (calcium and DAG-regulated), calcium and DAG-regulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor III, and GRP3. RASGRP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of RASGRP3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
