Anti-Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ROCK2 in humans. The gene may also be known as ROCK-II, rho-associated protein kinase 2, and p164 ROCK-2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 160.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
