Anti-Prolyl 4-hydroxylase subunit beta antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene P4HB in humans. The gene may also be known as Protein Disulfide Isomerase, DSI, GIT, PDIA1, PO4DB, and CLCRP1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 57.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
