Anti-CCR1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 355 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is found to be widely expressed in different hematopoietic cells. A member of a the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, CCR1 is a known receptor for a C-C type chemokine. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include CKR-1, CKR1, CMKBR1, HM145, MIP1aR, SCYAR1, C-C chemokine receptor type 1, and CD191.
