Anti-pecanex 4 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the PCNX4 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1172 amino acid residues and a mass of 132.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the Pecanex protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Other names for this target antigen include HCV F protein-binding protein 2, HCV F-interacting protein, hepatitis C virus F protein-binding protein 2, pecanex homolog 4, pecanex homolog protein 4, and pecanex-like protein 4.
