Anti-BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit BCL7B antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the BCL7B gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 202 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.2 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 4 different isoforms for this protein. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. A member of the BCL7 protein family, it is a reported positive regulator of apoptosis. Other names for this target antigen include B-cell CLL/lymphoma 7 protein family member B, B-cell CLL/lymphoma 7B, BCL tumor suppressor 7B, BCL7B, BAF complex component, and SMARCJ2.
