Anti-aes1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The aes1 antigen is another term for the human protein TLE family member 5, transcriptional modulator, encoded by the TLE5 gene. The protein is known to function in the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 197 residues and a mass of 22 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. The aes1 protein is a member of the WD repeat Groucho/TLE protein family.
