Anti-PHI-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PHI-1 is a known alias name of the protein protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 14B, encoded by the PPP1R14B gene in humans. This 147-amino acid residue protein is known as an inhibitor of PPP1CA. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The term PLCB3N is another synonym for PHI-1. Indicated applications for PHI-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
