Anti-SYNGR4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein synaptogyrin 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 234 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the Synaptogyrin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include testis tissue sperm-binding protein Li 72n. SYNGR4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some SYNGR4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
