Clone H11 has been reported to be a monoclonal antibody specific to the mouse gene, FASL, or Fas ligand (TNF superfamily, member 6). Other suppliers describe clone H11 to be a monoclonal antibody against human C3, or complement C3. This antibody clone has been reported to also recognize the human ortholog of the target gene. Indicated applications for antibody clone H11 include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, ELISA, and immunocytochemistry.
