Anti-TMPRSS11F antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane serine protease 11F. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 438 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the Peptidase S1 protein family, TMPRSS11F is a suspected serine protease. Synonyms for this target antigen include airway trypsin-like protease 4, transmembrane protease, serine 11F, and transmembrane protease serine 11F. TMPRSS11F gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TMPRSS11F antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
