Anti-MYD88 innate immune signal transduction adaptor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MYD88 in humans. The gene may also be known as MYD88D, myeloid differentiation primary response protein MyD88, and mutant myeloid differentiation primary response 88. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 33.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
