Anti-TRAM1L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein translocation associated membrane protein 1 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 369 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is a member of the TRAM protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include translocating chain-associated membrane protein 1-like 1. TRAM1L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some TRAM1L1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
