Anti-SHISAL2A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein shisa like 2A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 190 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Shisa protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 159 member A, membrane protein FAM159A, and protein shisa-like-2A. SHISAL2A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the SHISAL2A antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunofluorescence is also a common application.
