Anti-GRAMD2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GRAM domain containing 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 432 amino acid residues and a mass of 47.9 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include GRAM domain containing 3, GRAM domain-containing protein 3, HCV NS3-transactivated protein 2, hepatitis C virus nonstructural protein 3-transactivating protein 2, and GRAM domain-containing protein 2B. GRAMD2B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some GRAMD2B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
