Anti-SPEM2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SPEM family member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 501 amino acid residues and a mass of 57.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein SPEM2 and uncharacterized protein C17orf74. SPEM2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species. Western Blot is the most common application for the SPEM2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
