Anti-FBXL19 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein F-box and leucine rich repeat protein 19. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 694 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.7 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. FBXL19 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include Fbl19, JHDM1C, F-box/LRR-repeat protein 19, jumonji C domain-containing histone demethylase 1C, and CXXC11. FBXL19 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some FBXL19 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for these antibodies.
