Anti-SIMRP7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SIMRP7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ABCC10 gene, which encodes ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 10. This protein is known to function in the metabolism of lipids and transmembrane transport, among other biological roles. The human version of SIMRP7 has a canonical amino acid length of 1492 residues and a protein mass of 161.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SIMRP7 is a member of the ABCC protein family.
