Anti-ZNF549 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 549. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 640 amino acid residues and a mass of 74.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF549 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF549 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF549 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
