Anti-PSD93 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PSD93 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DLG2 gene, which encodes discs large MAGUK scaffold protein 2. This protein is known to function in chemical synaptic transmission, among other biological roles. The human version of PSD93 has a canonical amino acid length of 870 residues and a protein mass of 97.6 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the rectum, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and cerebellum. Other names for this target antigen include PPP1R58 and PSD-93. Indicated applications for PSD93 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
